Learn how to customize permissions in traxios to grant specific access levels to your staff and users.
Getting started:
To access the specific permission settings, click on the Web Accounts tab.
Next, find the person you want to grant access and edit permissions. Click on the person’s name.
If you cannot find the person you are looking for, click ‘Add New’ at the top right corner and proceed to add the individual to the list.
Permissions:
People Lookup: Permission to search by name to find people in the database
People Edit: Permission to edit information on an individual
People Create: Permission to create a new person to the database with required information (First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth)
People View Privileged: Permission to view sensitive information like DOB and Status/Category
Bulk Update People: Permission to access Bulk Update for individuals
Contact Groups: Permission to Contact Group module
Contact Groups Admin: Permission to create Contact Groups and manage who has permission to send messages
Giving: Permission to see Giving/Financial data for individuals
MyChurch: Permission to access another individuals MyChurch account (which allows viewing of Giving/Financial data!)
Shepherding: Permission to create and view Shepherding notes for all individuals
Mapping: Permission to view all church members on a map and create Contact Groups from geographic regions
Sermons: Permission to create and maintain the Service Schedule (will also be viewable on the public website)
Connection Cards:Permission to edit fields on Connection Cards and view responses
Events: Create and manage events (future, current, and past) that church attenders can register for
Facilities: Permission to manage facility systems
Prayer Requests: Permission to view prayer requests
Surveys: Permission to create, send and view Surveys
Small Groups: Permission to create and maintain Small Groups
Study Groups: Permission to create and maintain Study Groups
Ministries: Permission to Ministries module
Ministries Admin: Permission to create Ministries and manage who are Ministry Leaders
Reports: Permission to view basic Reports. Some reports also require Giving privileges.
SMS: Permission to send and receive SMS text messages
Account Admin: Permission to create and maintain Web Accounts. This gives the ability to manage permissions. A user with Account Admin privilege could assign themselves Giving privileges.
Attendance: Permission to Take Attendance
Background Checks:Permission to setup Background Checks, order and view Background Checks
VBS: Permission to create and maintain VBS
Church Settings: Permission to edit settings such as Status/Category, Quickbooks connections, and more
MyChurch Files: Permission to MyChurch Files module to publish files accessible through MyChurch
Website Announcements: Permission to create and maintain announcements which appear on public website
Newsletter: Permission to create and send Newsletters
Applications - Create/Edit: Permission to create and edit Applications
Applications - Send: Permission to send Applications to individuals
Applications - View All: Permission to view Applications
Applications - Approve/Deny: Permission to approve or deny a submitted Application
Public Website Edit: Permission to edit public website content
